Allan is a certified Coach and has attained the Associate Coach Credential (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has in excess of seven hundred hours (700) of coaching experience and has completed numerous programmes in professional coaching as well facilitating these programmes in corporations and the public domain. He is the Regional Manager of Results Coaching Systems United Emirate Emirates (UAE), where he plays a number of roles, including Lead Facilitator, Mentor, Assessor and Executive Coach. Allan is a committed proponent of NeuroLeadership and is currently assisting leaders to understand and utilize ‘cutting edge’ thinking about recent developments in Neuroscience and the brain, thereby facilitating profound insights into organization transformational possibilities.

I have been the head of Learning and Development for two (2) large corporates, retail and hospitality where the employee compliments was in excess of 20 000 pax. Specialist in Organizational Development and Change Management.
Ten (10) years of consulting mainly in the areas of Course Development, OD, Coaching, Leadership and specializing in business start up initiatives.
