Lisa’s fifteen years corporate experience – serving both SME & Multinational companies (including British Airways) – have contributed significantly to Lisa’s current occupation as certified coach and trainer. Results Coaching Credentials
Lisa is a certified Coach and has attained the Associate Coach Credential (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has in excess of one hundred and fifty hours (150) coaching experience and has completed varied programmes in professional coaching, including Executive Coaching. As a member of the Results Coaching Systems United Emirate Emirates (UAE) team, Lisa plays a number of roles in addiction to other freelance work, including Facilitator, Mentor, Assessor and Executive Coach.
World Coach Institute Credentials
Lisa has completed training in Addiction Recovery with World Coach Institute, and assists companies and individuals coping with addiction in both the workplace and privately. Lisa is passionate about and committed to the role neuroscience plays in developing cutting edge leaders and executives for today’s global stage.
Schooled in the private system in England, Lisa achieved notable Advanced Level results. During the course of her career, in addiction to her coaching qualifications, Lisa is a trained copywriter (South West News, Bristol, UK), Sales Professional and Negotiator (British Airways), and has completed a Counseling Course.
Lisa has experience working within the GCC delivering a range of training, and coaching to GCC Nationals and expatriates from around the world. Clients include Kuwait Oil Corporation, BAE Systems (KSA), ADIA, Abu Dhabi Retirement and Pensions Authority. Her coaching skills enable her to bring out the best in her clients, through encouraging them to think creatively, embrace change and adopt new challenges, leading to greater effectiveness. As part of a former role as business development manager for a hospitality group based in Dubai, Lisa designed and delivered a management trainee program and developed the company’s HR strategies and appraisal programs.
