The training consists of 1 orientation call, 3 days face to face training, followed by 8 weekly tele-classes and 2 final face-to-face training days delivered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.



(a) You agree to pay NLG ME the full amount of the fee for the Program according to the payment you have agreed to on your application form, unless NLG ME agrees to an alternative payment plan. Payment of the fee for the Program shall be by way of cash, cheque or direct deposit payable to “Results Coaching Systems FZ-LLC”. The fee for the Program includes all program sessions, professional instruction, assessments, reference texts and a workbook. You have also been informed of all other costs, e.g. additional training programs, personal coaching, and makeup calls for missed sessions (see terms below).

(b) You understand that your deposit is a non-refundable administrative fee and should be received at least 16 days before course commencement (if applicable to the training course registering for.

(c) Early Bird payments are processed in full on receipt of application and only accepted a minimum of four weeks before the course commences. Should payment be made after this period has passed, the standard rate is payable.

(d) Standard course payments and package payments including the deposit processed upon receipt of application and the balance taken 10 days before the course commences. Should you wish to change your method of payment, you must notify

(e) If you have purchase a training package and move to another region, you acknowledge there may be additional costs for programs that are within your package that are undertaken in the different region.

(f) Should a cheque be returned, we would assess a 10% administration fee for each occurrence.

(g) You’re only permitted to miss a total of two training modules for the duration of the program, if you are unable to attend a class for some unavoidable reason. It is your responsibility to make up any missed modules with a trainer before the next session. You will need to pay the Assistant Trainer AED 125 separately for the cost of any catch-up sessions. Catch-up sessions last for 30 minutes per module and may be conducted individually or in groups, live or over the phone.



(a) You understand that you can transfer to a future training program and that all monies can be transferred to the future program fees, minus a transfer fee:

  1. i) a transfer fee of AED 550 is due if transferring 14 days prior to course commencement.

(ii) transfers less than 14 days prior to commencement of the course will incur a fee AED 1095.



(a) If you choose to cancel your enrolment and receive a refund:

  1. ii) You must notify your Regional Manager via email, giving a reason for the cancellation.
  2. ii) Your deposit is non-refundable. All other fees paid will be refunded provided cancellation is received seven working days prior to course commencement.

(iii) You understand that if cancellation is received within seven working days of course commencement, an additional 5% of the total course value is retained by NLG ME.

(iv) For the Intensive Coach Training Program: You understand that if you cancel after the three-day face to face component, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. No refund is given once the telecalls have commenced.

(v) You understand that no refunds or transfers are given once you have completed more than 50% of training modules/training hours.

  1. b) If you are asked to leave the training for violating policies and procedure agreed to in the training as outlined in the program, no refund will be given.
  2. c) If you were not able to attend and gave the relevant amount of notice, you must request a refund in writing within 14 days of the course commencing. Your refund will be processed within 30 days thereafter.




NLG ME reserves the right to refuse a student participation in courses and/or programs.  In addition, upon the recommendation of both NLG ME Course Leaders, NLG ME reserves the right to remove from a student who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment.




All course dates and times are subject to change.

NLG ME reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training should minimum number of registrants not be met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that NLG ME must cancel or postpone this training, we will fully refund the paid fee and are not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.








1.1 “Intellectual Property” means patents, trade marks, service marks, registered designs, applications for any of the foregoing, copyright, design rights, know-how, trade secrets, confidential information, trade and business names and any other similar protected rights in any country.

1.2 “the Program” means the NLG ME training program or stage in which you have enrolled.

1.3 “NLG ME Confidential Information” means the Program, NLG ME Intellectual Property, other NLG ME products, services, any NLG ME business, strategic and financial information, the existence and terms of these Terms and Conditions and any and all other information or material identified in writing prior to disclosure as confidential and proprietary to NLG ME or its licensors or other providers, including without limitation any copies, translations, improvements, revisions or embodiments of all the foregoing.

1.4 “NLG ME Intellectual Property” means the Intellectual Property embodied in or relating to the Program and NLG ME Materials, and any and all translations, modifications, enhancements, improvements or corrections, of or to any and all of the foregoing.

1.5 “NLG ME Materials” means certain audio, video, multimedia and printed products and other materials for individual or group use, including without limitation, in the delivery of the Program.



2.1 Ownership. You agree:

(a) that all rights, title and interest in and to NLG ME Intellectual Property are and shall remain the property of NLG ME or its licensors and you shall have no rights or interests therein except as set forth in these Terms and Conditions;

(b) that you will not claim or assert any right or title to any NLG ME Intellectual Property or attempt to wrongfully transfer such right or title to any third parities;

(c) that you are acquiring only a limited license to use the NLG ME Materials in your coaching practice not in any other educational forum without consent of NLG ME.

(d) that you may duplicate NLG ME Materials, at no additional charge, but only for your use in connection with the Program and only so long as all required proprietary markings are retained on all duplicated copies;

(e) to conform to all guidelines for the use of NLG ME Intellectual Property (including the NLG ME name and logo);

(f) that you shall not remove or destroy any proprietary markings or proprietary legends placed upon or contained within the NLG ME Materials.




3.1 Treatment of Confidential Information. Except as otherwise provided hereunder, during the term of these Terms and Conditions and thereafter for the duration of the license granted hereunder plus 5 years you shall retain in confidence and use only for purposes of these Terms and Conditions NLG ME Confidential Information.

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, all information and data that you are obligated to retain in confidence shall be called “Confidential Information.”

3.2 Right to Disclose. To the extent that it is reasonably necessary to fulfill your obligations or exercise your rights under these Terms and Conditions, or any rights, which survive termination or expiration hereof, you may disclose Confidential Information to your legal advisors, outside contractors, and actual or prospective investors on condition that such entities or persons agree to:

(a) keep the Confidential Information confidential for at least a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure and otherwise to the same extent as you are required to keep the Confidential Information confidential; and

(b) use the Confidential Information only for those purposes for which you are authorized to use the Confidential Information.

You may disclose Confidential Information to governmental or other regulatory authorities to the extent that such disclosure i) is necessary or desirable for the prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights, provided you are then otherwise entitled to engage in such activities in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, or ii) is legally required.

3.3 Exceptions. The obligation not to disclose or use Confidential Information shall not apply to any part of such Confidential Information that:

(a) is or becomes patented, published or otherwise part of the public domain, other than by your unauthorized acts, or in contravention of these Terms and Conditions; or

(b) is disclosed to you by a third party provided that such Confidential Information was not obtained by such third party directly or indirectly from NLG ME; or

(c) prior to disclosure under these Terms and Conditions, was already in your possession provided that such Confidential Information was not obtained directly or indirectly from NLG ME; or

(d) results from research and development by you independent of disclosures from NLG ME, provided that you have not had exposure to the Confidential Information received from NLG ME; or

(e) is required by law to be disclosed by you, provided that in the case of disclosure in connection with any litigation, you use reasonable efforts to notify NLG ME immediately upon learning of such requirement in order to give NLG ME reasonable opportunity to oppose such requirement; or

(f) NLG ME agrees in writing may be disclosed.

3.4 Non-Disclosure. You agree not to disclose to any third party the financial terms of these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of NLG ME, except to advisors, investors and others on a need-to-know basis under circumstances that reasonably ensure the confidentiality thereof, or to the extent required by law. Without limitation upon any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you shall be responsible for the observance by your employees of the foregoing confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations, and shall indemnify NLG ME against any loss or damage which NLG ME may sustain or incur as a result of any breach of confidence by any of your employees.


You shall hold harmless and indemnify NLG ME and NLG ME’s agents, employees, contractors, directors and officers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, proceedings, costs and expenses resulting from, arising out of or in connection with any act or failure to act on your part or that of your agents, employees, contractors, directors and officers in connection with or arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the delivery of the Program or the use of any of the NLG ME Intellectual Property or by breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.


(a) You acknowledge that the training sessions which you will be required to participate in may be personally, emotionally and physically challenging for you and that there may be occasions on which you will feel emotional challenges including frustration, annoyance or stress. You agree that you have undertaken any necessary tests or investigations with a suitably qualified expert before commencing the Program to ensure that you are physically, mentally and emotionally fit for it, and if this is no longer the case you will immediately contact the lead trainer.

(b) You will not hold NLG ME liable for any loss or cost or damages incurred by you (or any person related to you) in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress (or other ailment or condition) caused either directly or indirectly in relation to the Program. You will indemnify NLG ME in the event of any such claim.

(c) You acknowledge that your attendance at the Program is a necessary aspect of being an effective coach. You agree to make every effort to attend at the times and places set by you and your trainers and your operation as a coach and any entitlements as a coach pursuant to these Terms and Conditions are subject to and conditional upon your completing the Program to the satisfaction of the nominated trainers.



(a) You must successfully complete all components of the training stage to receive your certificate.

(b) There will be vital information at each session. Completion of the program is based on having completed all modules, either live or via a catch-up session (see below). If you miss more than two modules, the trainer has the right to withdraw you from the training program. Please note that a full day of training covers an average of five modules and the telecalls cover one module each. We do understand emergencies occur and we will cater for these – please inform us of any emergencies as early as possible. Exceptions to these conditions are at the discretion of the Lead Trainer and Regional Manager.

(c) You’re only permitted to miss a total of 2 training modules for the program when you are unable to attend a class for some unavoidable reason.

(d) It is your responsibility to make up any missed modules with a trainer before the next session. You will need to pay the Assistant Trainer separately for the cost of any catch-up sessions. Catch-up sessions last for 30 minutes per module and may be conducted individually or in groups, live or over the phone. Regular communication is done through the Coaches Resources section of the website and it is up to participants to visit the BBCC class page to check current updates. Results will not be liable for participants missing notifications and updated program information

(e) All costs related to undertaking this training program as well as homework calls are the responsibility of participants.

(f) There are 2-4 hours of additional work between each telecall where applicable) consisting of various exercises, practice sessions by phone and readings. Participants will be required to role-play both as coach and coachee.

(g) For Training Packages Only: You understand that Results Certificate of Advanced Coaching must be completed within one year of successfully completing the Results Certificate of Coaching Skills. You understand that the Results Certificate of Professional Coaching must be completed within two years of completing the Results Certificate of Coaching Skills. Should you not complete programs in the defined period additional fees may be payable.

(f) I understand that if I am not successful in completing my Stage One Assessment, I must re-sit within 90 days at an additional cost


(a) You understand that the trainer and course participants will use your email address as a means of communication during the Program.

You also acknowledge that you are prohibited from emailing other program participants, existing coaches or NLG ME staff with any sales or promotional material or offers and that any email correspondence will be solely in the context of the Program. Should you receive unsolicited, non-training specific emails form trainers or other participants, please report immediately to your regional manager.

(b) In order to accredit the Program with the International Coach Federation (“ICF”), the ICF requires access to NLG ME’s records from time to time for audit purposes. You agree that NLG ME has the right to provide such access to ICF in respect of your student records, training sessions, mentor calls and certification assessment upon request and where necessary to support the Program’s accreditation.
